Who are we looking for?

Senior Java/Kotlin Developer

🚀The projects:

• Our client develops the whole range of e-commerce tools and apps. Starting from presenting, listing and purchasing, through payments and billing, up to dispatching, tracking and analytics, advertising and management tools.
• The complexity and number of day-to-day projects is high, therefore we're looking for candidates to be employed for the company in general (instead of just for single project)
• The best-suited project for you is going to be determined after the technical assessment of your skills.

🚀 Are you a good fit? Check if you have what we need:

• 5+ years experience coding in Java (17) and/or Kotlin
• Microservices - practical experience
• Your seniority covers abilities to:
  • Collect the requirements (functional/non-functional) for the features
  • Elaborate the functionalities on the basis of the requirements
  • Select the best technologies for the job
  • Create and test the features
  • Prepare them for future scalability
• Pragmatic approach:
  • development aimed at achieving business goals (instead of being limited to technical approach only)
  • questioning the "status-quo" and weighing options to select the best solutions
  • assertiveness towards PO/stakeholder - communicating which solutions are the most prudent and why
• Cross-functional teams - you know how they work and you enjoy the interfusion of tasks
• Ownership - you take pride in: bringing projects to "life", sharing the knowledge and receiving feedback.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins
• Knowledge of English at B2 level (some team members are not Polish)
• Eligibility to work in Poland (you are a citizen, resident or sole-proprietor)
