We are currently looking for 

Senior Java Engineer 

to join the long-term project

🚀What areas does this job cover:

• Design and development of SaaS for the supply chain - for optimizing purchasing and replenishment processes (Enterprise level software)
• Optimizing the code towards improved memory management. 
• Testing the developed features.

🚀What are the day-to-day duties:

• Developing new and improving existing functionality of the SaaS product (often includes building algorithms that utilize linear optimization or heuristic methods)
• Participating in the design of the new solutions in cooperation with the product experts and data scientists.
• Developing and maintaining software components primarily in Java, but also smaller parts in Kotlin, Ruby, and other languages.
• Designing and developing automated tests for the solutions.
• Ensuring that the software processes vast amounts of data in a performant manner with optimized code and performance tests.

🚀To come on board with us you need:

Must haves:

• JAVA 11, JAVA 21 (5+ years exp)
• Kotlin (Mid-level exp, for minority of the code)
• Kubernetes 
• Relational Data Bases (ideally with knowledge of In-Memory Databases)

Nice to haves:

• Scala
• AZURE
• Machine Learning 
• JUnit Tests 
• Eclipse Java Collector 
• Apache Commons 
• GitLab, JIRA 
• Supply Chain Experience
• Enterprise level software / ERP Systems Experienced 
• Solving JAVA Memory problems Experienced / Memory Management 
• Knowledge how to design data base.
