We are currently looking for

Senior Frontend Developer (React & Redux)

to join the R&D team

🚀Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Design and development of advanced frontend solutions for the Model-Based Systems Engineering project - building scalable applications used in optimizing electronic systems 
• Creating custom UI components beyond ready-made libraries - implementing complex business logic and application architecture for an R&D environment where innovative, non-standard solutions are required
• Advise on architecture and optimization of applications in the React/Redux ecosystem - managing application state at enterprise level, performance optimization, designing with future expansion and system scaling in mind

🚀What you need to join us:

Must have:

• Advanced knowledge of React (functional components, hooks, Context API, performance optimization) and Redux (state architecture, selectors, react-redux hooks)
• Proficient knowledge of TypeScript in enterprise application context (types, interfaces, generics, typing components and hooks)
• Experience in implementing complex business logic (handling asynchronicity, REST API integration, data validation)
• Practical knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and MVC architecture (separation of logic from view layer)
• Knowledge of Atomic Design and ability to design scalable, modular components, as well as experience in writing unit and integration tests
  
• English - B2+, Polish B2+
• You also need to live in Poland, and be eligible to work here.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of end-to-end tests for key use cases
• Experience in Code Review and working with version control systems (Git)
• Architectural thinking - ability to design solutions with future expansion in mind and anticipate consequences of technical decisions (performance, extensibility, scaling)
• Experience in R&D environment where non-standard solutions are required
