We are currently looking for

Senior Python Developer

who will join the team working on a key project ensuring compliance with EU regulations.

🚀Job Areas:

• Development of backend algorithms for the EU regulations project - Implementation of advanced pay data analysis mechanisms that will help companies across Europe meet new regulatory requirements.

• Performance optimization and functionality migration - Working on improving application performance for clients with large datasets and moving mechanisms from frontend to backend while creating dedicated APIs.

• Creating reports and dashboards based on large datasets - Building the backend layer for advanced reports and visualizations that identify business critital areas and propose solutions to equalize differences.

🚀What you need to join us:

Must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Python (backend algorithms).

• Knowledge of Django and building backend applications.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and database operations.

• Ability to design and create APIs.

• Experience in writing unit tests and API testing.

• Delivery-focused mindset and business orientation.

• Fluent English (B2/C1).

• You must be eligible to work in Poland (citizenship, visa or solo-preneurship registered).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DuckDB (recently introduced to the organization).

• Openness to working with AI tools - automating coding, code review, and documentation (Claude Code, AI code review).
