Areas of the role:
Solution Architecture Design - Designing software architecture for IT projects in a banking environment (mandatory & efficiency domains): defining application scope, mapping data flows, selecting technologies, and producing UML Component and Sequence Diagrams.
Cross-team Coordination & Governance - Coordinating system designers, reviewing project documentation (system analyses, application designs), and ensuring compliance with corporate architecture standards and guidelines.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration - Participating in RFP processes (preparation, evaluation, vendor selection), collaborating with external suppliers on integration design, and assessing feasibility of business requirements together with business stakeholders.
What you need to join us:
Must have:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Solution Architect role.
Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN2, and advanced proficiency in CASE tools - in particular Sparx Enterprise Architect (advanced modelling skills are a hard requirement).
Knowledge of SOA architecture, microservices, microfrontends, and integration technologies; familiarity with Agile development methodologies; strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the following technologies: Kubernetes (K8S), Oracle DB, Java / SOAP / REST / GraphQL, Angular, MongoDB, Kafka, Camunda, Cloud Platforms.
Experience in banking projects
English proficiency in both written and spoken form (primarily at documentation level).
Willingness to visit office 1x per week (minimum 2x per month after implementation period)
Ability to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of banking business domain.
Knowledge of data architecture concepts.
