Your tasks:
Identify business needs at the user level and propose actionable functional solutions.
Define and specify functional and non-functional requirements for critical projects within the KYC and AML domains.
Create and maintain comprehensive analytical and design documentation across interconnected banking systems.
Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML methodologies.
Formulate business rules, key algorithms, and high-level business data models.
Independently conduct analytical workshops and alignment sessions in English with international stakeholders
Proactively collaborate with system architects, development teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile and Scrum environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on large-scale projects within financial institutions or banking organizations.
Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN 2.0 standards and UML.
Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.
English proficiency at a C1 level or higher
High degree of independence, initiative, and resourcefulness in gathering information within complex system environments.
Experience working within Scrum or Agile delivery frameworks.
Analytical thinking skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple threads in a dynamic project environment.
Openness to hybrid work mode (2 days/month in Wrocław's office).
