Key responsibilities:

• AI/ML Epic ownership and discovery - Taking over existing Epics and creating new ones, mainly in Generative AI: AI agents, assistants and small custom applications hosting agents that replace manual processes.
  Translating business needs into Epics and Features with clear value, scope and success criteria, prioritizing them by business value, strategic fit, feasibility, dependencies and capacity, maintaining the backlog in Azure DevOps and further developing the prioritization framework together with the team

• Business stakeholder partnership - Acting as the primary point of contact for business owners across all functions, from middle managers to VPs.
  Running workshops to uncover real needs, challenging vague initial ideas, helping business owners define success criteria and ways to measure outcomes.

• Delivery coordination and value realization - Acting as the delivery lead for owned Epics: running agile ceremonies (sprint planning, dailies, retros) and working closely with Tech Leads, Data Scientists and ML Engineers to shape feasible solutions. Monitoring progress, dependencies, risks and blockers, and following up on adoption and measurable business value, not only technical delivery

What you need to join us:

Must have:

• Senior experience in backlog ownership (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner, Epic Owner), prioritization and delivery coordination, including feature-level backlog management and a very good command of Agile/DevOps ways of working

• Hands-on experience driving AI/ML initiatives, including running discovery with business stakeholders and translating their needs into actionable Epics and Features

• Experience with Generative AI (e.g., AI agents, assistants) and enterprise AI platforms such as Databricks

• Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle - from experimentation through productionization to adoption

• Fluent English, based in or near Prague (Czech Republic) and willing to work in a hybrid model

• Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic (EU citizenship, residence permit, visa, etc.) and Czech tax residency

Nice to have:

• Product-oriented background - experience defining the "what and why" of products, not only coordinating delivery

• Experience with AI app builders and vibe coding tools (e.g., Lovable) in an enterprise context, including their governance, data access control and integration with other systems

• Experience from data and platform environments and their concepts (e.g., Databricks, Data Products)

• Experience with Azure DevOps
